Nestled in the rocky landscape of Yellodu village about 120kms from Bangalore , Omnia by Nestates has three eco-friendly luxury villas perfect for a quick and relaxing getaway from the city.

All the 3 villas have been designed tastefully with minimalistic, luxurious indoors and beautiful bathrooms that merge the outdoors. Step outside to find the majestic views of the Yellodu hill from the comfort of your private vineyard, swimming pool and the pleasant garden landscape around the villa. ❤️

This goregeous stay is complemented with – delicious food 🤤 with a set-menu of North-Indian, Continental or Chinese cuisine and great service where all the meals, snacks, coffee/tea are served inside the villa.

As I write this, more villas are being constructed along with a common full-fledged dining area cum restaurant and an entertainment zone.

We (2 adults + 1 infant) stayed at Asana Villa, so the below details are wrt to Asana Villa only.

• Swimming Pool: No, there is a small outdoor plunge pool to relax
• Best suited for: Couples, Family of 3

  • Indoor board games like Cards, Taboo, Pictionary etc

• Full-Range Kitchen with Microwave, Toaster, Gas Stove & Cutlery: Yes
• Food: supremely delicious veg, non-veg food with great portions. During the booking, a set food menu is shared.
• Service: There is NO common dining area, so food is served by the staff inside the villa in hot-case containers. The used cutlery is washed by the staff in the kitchen sink of the villa

Useful Information:

• Drive from Bengaluru:
  • Is a pain till we cross the Devanahalli airport due to the traffic & road construction
  • Followed by smooth, quick dual-carriage highway before the turn to Yellodu village
  • At Yellodu village, one has to turn right at the Sri Lakshmi Adi Narayana Swamy Temple and head down a small ramp onto unpaved roads for about 2 kms to reach Omnia
• Check-in after: 1 PM
• Check-out before: 10 AM
• Staff: very friendly, they speak very good Kannada, Hindi and English

Things to improve:

While we would go back again, here are few things which can be improved:

• EV Charging Point: Provide an EV Charging Point inside the sheltered parking for cars & motorcycles
• Food Served inside the villa:Food being served to the villa & the staff washing the cutlery inside the villa is a slight discomfort when seeking privacy. They do have ring the bell and wait for the guest to answer and are extremely polite and warm people.
• Tall Bed: Specific to Asana Villa, the bed with the mattress over it – while very comfortable to sleep, getting on & off the bed is a challenge for short people 😞
• Heated Swimming/Plunge Pool: this is the spoilt side of me talking 😬 – can we please have a heated plunge pool. 😬

Conclusion:

We loved the entire experience and our private time at Omnia, right from the smooth booking via Whatsapp, to the great hospitality by the Staff & Management – very understanding, warm and super responsive 🤗
