Started in 2025, Midwest Burger Co in Kalyan Nagar is a small, no-frills burger joint where you come for one thing: good American-style burgers.

What to Eat:
Fried Chicken Burgers:
I’ve dropped by a few times for lunch and have tried their range of fried chicken burgers – Nashville Burger and Chick-Fil-A Burger. Both chicken burgers, with crispy chicken at the centre.
The Nashville Burger had the spicy kick you’d expect, while the Chick-Fil-A Burger was a milder option. Both were satisfying, with nicely crisp chicken and enough flavour to make the burgers enjoyable without being unnecessarily complicated.
For me, that’s the appeal of a place like this.
There isn’t much trying to distract you from the actual burger.
Seasoned Fries: Delicious crunchy and soft fries seasoned with peri-peri – the perfect sidekick for a burger.

A Proper Hole-in-the-Wall:
Midwest Burger Co is a proper hole-in-the-wall kind of place.
The Kalyan Nagar outlet doesn’t really have a conventional dining area. There are a few small plastic stools outside the burger-joint, enough for around 4–6 people.
That’s about it.
While waiting for your order, you can see into the kitchen and watch the burgers being cooked. It adds to the casual, street-side feel of the place.

My Only Gripe
After multiple visits, I still haven’t managed to try their Broccoli Mozzarella Veg Burger. It always seems to be sold out!
Their online menu also appears to have a more extensive selection, including milkshakes and more chicken burger options. I haven’t ordered online, though. For me, burgers are best eaten hot and fresh, straight out of the kitchen.
And hopefully, get my hands on that Broccoli Mozzarella burger someday.

My Take:
Midwest Burger Co, Kalyan Nagar is for those times when you just want a good burger without the fuss.
No fancy ambience.
No frills.
No unnecessary theatrics.
Just good fried chicken burgers, quick service and a very casual setting.
