Lip-smacking English breakfast, great coffee served in an quiet, open air cafe with soft wonderful music, Mon Petit Frere is the perfect cafe for a lazy and delicious breakfast + brunch in Colva 🤤.

Serving a spread of French Toast, pancakes, eggs, sandwiches made with in house sourdough breads, peanut butter compotes – the food is absolutely delicious, fresh and served in tiny pet-friendly shack located in the middle of a massive green plot with lots of parking space and no wait times.

  • Chocolate Chunk Pancakes: fluffy pancakes served with honey and chocolate chunks – best pancakes in Goa
  • Turkish Eggs: Poached eggs with garlic yoghurt, chilli oil and parsley oil – absolutely delicious if you love a spicy eggs!
  • Eggs Benedict: Choose between roast beef, ham and spinach and mushroom – extremely delicious.
  • Honey Glazed French Toast: I loved their peanut butter with banana – supremely yummy! Choice of toppings – sour cherry compote, peanut butter, apple, banana 
  • Mushroom Cheddar Toastie: The perfect sough dough bread topped with a healthy portion of cheddar cheese and mushrooms – loved it!
  • Farmer’s Omelette: Well cooked, tasty omelette with red bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and herbs.
  • Cheese, Spinach and Mushroom Omelette: the best omelette in Goa – masterclass!

Desserts:

There is no set menu of desserts – ask the staff for the desserts of the day.

While we couldn’t have them – we saw most of the other patrons order – Basque Cheesecake, Carrot Cake and Chocolate Cake.
