There can be only two reasons if everyone points to only one place to eat when one enters a new town – Either it is the only place to eat or it is too good to not to miss; Annapoorna Hotel in Kollegal, Chamarajanagar district falls in the latter category.

Although I was told not to miss the Masala Dosa (which I did – means another pending visit 😀 ), it was the Chow chow bath as popularly referred in Bangalore which keeps the taste buds busy!!

Chow chow Bath is a combination of Khara bath (cooked rava with spices) and Kesari bath (sweetened rava with cashew, raisins and sometimes pineapple too) – which is a must try at 20 INR/plate.
